Original (like all of our other large marquees), SVC Chaos large marquee printed by SNK NEO GEO USA Corp when they distributed Coin-Op MVS carts for the US, Mexico and Latin American markets.  This is an original from SNK, not a reprint like you see from other resellers.  We had a direct relationship with SNK so we were able to purchase all original SNK games and materials
