For those ordering from the EU, you can start a request to return / exchange your product here. Your request must comply with the EU policies. No custom items can be returned or exchanged. The item must be NEW/ unused/ unmodded. You are responsible for the shipping costs. You can email us if you have any further questions.

Order Cancellations & Modifications
Please ensure you are certain about your purchase and the compatibility of the parts with your system before placing your order.
If you have any questions regarding compatibility, please contact us before ordering. Our team will typically respond within 24 hours or less.
Due to our high order volume and limited staff, orders cannot be canceled, modified, combined, or adjusted once they have been submitted. While you may email us with a request, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate it.
Please note that accounts with a history of repeated cancellation requests may be refused future orders. We sincerely apologize for this policy, but our limited staff must focus on helping customers complete and fulfill their purchases efficiently.
Returns & Exchanges
New and Unused Items
Return requests for new and unused products must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained from us here. before returning any product. Do not ship any item back without first receiving an RMA number. Any package returned without an approved RMA may be refused or denied.
The RMA process allows us to verify eligibility, provide return instructions, and properly identify your package upon arrival. Packages received without an RMA may experience delays in processing, refusal of delivery, or denial of the return request.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:
• Unopened, unused, and in new condition
• Complete with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories
• Free from any signs of installation, modification, damage, or wear
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If your order qualified for FREE SHIPPING, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount if the remaining value of the order falls below the minimum threshold required for free shipping.
Once a product has been opened, installed, modified, or used, it is no longer considered new and is not eligible for return or exchange.
Unfortunately, we must strictly enforce this policy due to a high volume of product "rentals," parts swapping, and other abuses of return privileges.
Arcade Controllers
This policy also applies to arcade controllers.
Once a controller has been opened and used, even briefly, it is considered a used product and is not eligible for return or exchange. Please keep this in mind before placing your order, as no exceptions will be made.
The only exception is in cases where the controller is determined to be defective or non-functioning upon receipt. In such cases, we will provide a replacement controller, subject to product availability.
Please note that the defective controller must be returned to us for inspection before any replacement or refund can be issued. Once the product has been received and evaluated, we will determine, at our sole discretion, whether a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund is appropriate.
Shipping Address Errors
To avoid delivery issues, please carefully verify your shipping address before completing checkout, including any apartment, suite, or unit numbers.
While you may contact us after placing your order, please understand that our primary focus is processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible. As a result, address correction requests may not be seen or processed before shipment.
If a package is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or missing apartment/unit number provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping charges again to have the package reshipped.
Defective Products
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately before attempting any repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
Do not attempt to repair or modify the product yourself.
If a product is disassembled, modified, or altered before we have had the opportunity to inspect the issue, any return, exchange, or warranty claim may be denied. In many cases, customer repair attempts can cause additional damage, making it impossible for us or the manufacturer to determine the original cause of the problem.
Please contact us first and allow us to provide troubleshooting or return instructions.
Incorrect Products Received
If we shipped the wrong item to you, we will cover all shipping costs required to correct the mistake.
If necessary, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send the correct item once the issue has been verified.
Replacement shipments will only be sent to the original shipping address used on the order. We cannot redirect replacement shipments to a different address, including situations where the customer has moved or had the original package forwarded by a third party.
Restocking Fees
In some cases, customers report that a product is defective, but upon inspection and testing by our staff, the product is found to be fully functional and operating as intended. If the customer still chooses not to keep the product after our evaluation, a restocking fee will apply.
The following restocking fees apply:
- Parts and accessories: 15% of the purchase price
- Arcade controllers: 20% of the purchase price
Restocking fees will not be charged if a product is confirmed by us to be defective and the customer accepts a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
