The microswitches on the Sanwa Denshi JLF series joysticks are soldered onto a pcb, which means if one of your switches goes bad or is worn, you will replace the whole unit.  This is known as the TPMA PCB.  Note this pcb assembly is not made for the Silent joystick as these have an audible click to them
