We specifically are offering this mounting plate for those who want to use the Helpme joystick with our 35mm full size collar Qanba Obsidian Noir, Hori RAP N Noir, Razer Panthera Noir conversion kits.  The stock plate on the Helpme joystick is not long enough to properly align the screw holes
