Each of these arcade sticks have a lot of hands and time involved.   Customizing is a labor of love for us here as creating new art, mixing different joystick and button combinations are endless, with a unique look and feel to each one.  

The Customizing Steps

The graphic for the control panel is first created, resizing it to work with the Hori RAP4 Kai.  Once created, our Layers FGC crew prints the artwork, creating a matte layer wrap that is then applied to the top surface.  This creates a more natural and "stock" look to the arcade stick with no external plexi / screws.  

Once layered and cut to size, our Madd Modders crew then install the joystick, holding true to form for Super Street Fighter II X Players, the Seimitsu LS-32-01 joystick and the Sanwa Denshi OBSF30 two-tone pushbuttons.   The overall process for each stick?  About 2 hours of work overall between all of our guys.  Worth it?  Absolutely.  Just look at the results.  

We take a brand new Hori RAP4 Kai arcade stick, our Madd Modders crew first gut them, taking out the joystick, pushbuttons (24 and 30mm).
